Unplug as you relax in a true country retreat where cellphones and computers require you bring your own hotspot; where the grounds offer delightful sitting areas, a pond stocked for catch & release fishing, and area country roads invite your bicycles!
Focused on hospitality, Speerit Hill extends welcome to Veterans, AARP members, artists and artists groups, plus friends and relatives visiting the local area. Special invitation always extends to MFHA members, guests, and their mounts during trail-riding, cubbing and formal season.
Milk Barn
Details
Carefully renovated for both comfort and function, this historic facility offers two bedrooms and sleeps four adults. The living room area opens spaciously to a full kitchen with appliances that make morning coffee, cooking, and dishwashing easy, plus, accessible serving on the bar-style counter.
Bring your own favorite meals and snacks – the refrigerator is clean and ready for you! A full bath with shower is just off the hall behind the kitchen and laundry appliances are available, as well. Have lunch on the outdoor patio, featured in our Gallery of photographs. Need something you don’t see? Just ask!

Milk Barn Prices and Amenities
Two Bedrooms - Queen Size in front bedroom; Full Bed with Twin Trundle in back bedroom. Sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children.
Basic booking fee is $150 per night for Double Occupancy with a two-night minimum.
Additional $20 per person for 2 additional adults for a $190 per night total for four adults.
Additional Children maximum of 3 is $10 per child per night or $180 for 2 adults and 3 children.
Amenities: Full kitchen, Keurig Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Stove, Ice Maker, Ceiling fans in each room, Kitchen Towels, Hair Dryer, Soaps, Bath Towels.

Smokehouse
Details
Once a fully functioning smokehouse, now a creative retreat, this intimate setting offers a sleeper sofa for two, full bathroom with shower, and artistically designed kitchen for all its ‘cooktop stove grill and microwave’ simplicity. Add to that the café-like breakfast table with feature view of the tree-lined ridge from which Speerit Hill gets its name, and guests are sure to delight in a fresh new morning-after.
Smokehouse Suite Prices and Amenities
This is an efficiency unit with a queen size sleeper/sofa.
Basic booking fee is $90 per night for either single or double occupancy with a two-night minimum. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults.
